Honda, via Kevin Wong and Angelica, once again took care of me and my car! I can’t say enough about the customer service here. Every person seems to be looking out for the customers. As a solo parent I need my car to be safe and I don’t have a second one to utilize, so Kevin made sure I got the rental easily for day one and got my car back before school pick-up the next day. It would be nice to have the car washed before I got it back as it’s pretty grimy after getting the work done, But I’m happy to have the car once again and working order and safe on the road. It was a good experience as I have had for the past 5 years. No one tried to oversell anything - told me what may be needed and left the decision on me whether to move forward with the recommendations - did not pressure one way or another. Told me that the car will be ready by a certain time and it was ready on time. All in all - good experience and I will continue to go there for servicing unless something changes in the way they are providing services.
I have purchased about 10 new cars in my life and have never enjoyed the process. This experience was definitely the exception. This was the most straightforward, painless and easy car buying experience I have ever had. Both Musa and the general manager, Jose were great to deal with. They were both very helpful and knowledgeable, and able to answer all questions we had. And the office / support staff were very helpful. I cannot empathize how great this deal was.
